1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In short: We only collect the personal information you provide during registration and use privacy-friendly analytics that do not collect personal or identifying data.
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an account on Numenon. This includes your:
- Full name
- Username
- Email address
We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is necessary for account creation and basic functionality.
Sensitive Information
We do not process any sensitive personal information (such as health data, political opinions, or biometric identifiers).
All personal information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Please notify us if any of your registration details change.
Information automatically collected
We do not collect any personal or identifying information automatically.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We do not use cookies or personal tracking technologies; we only use privacy-friendly analytics that do not collect personal data.
We utilize Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool, to gather basic, anonymized usage statistics about Numenon. Plausible operates without cookies, does not collect or store any personal or identifiable information, and does not track users across websites or devices. All data is aggregated and processed exclusively on servers located within the European Union.
The information collected includes:
- Page URL (excluding most query parameters)
- HTTP referrer
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Device type (e.g., desktop or mobile)
- Approximate location (country, region, city)
This data helps us understand overall usage patterns and improve the service, without compromising user privacy. For more details, you can review Plausible’s Data Policy.
As we do not use cookies or collect personal data through analytics, there is no need for a cookie notice or consent banner on our site.
5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in. If you are accessing our Services from outside, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" above), in and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can navigate to Account page, found on the bottom part of the left sidebar.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

12. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
We only collect the personal information you provide during registration, specifically your email address, full name, and username. We do not collect any additional personal or tracking information. All other data stored in our systems is directly related to your use of the Numenon service.
When you delete your account:
- If you are the owner of a single-user space (a personal workspace accessible only by you), all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain any of your personal information.
- If the data resides in a shared space (a collaborative workspace shared with other users—for example, a team project space), we retain:
- Your username and user ID for attribution and historical accuracy (e.g., so your past entries or comments remain identifiable and are not shown as blank or anonymous).
- Any entries you shared with other members in those shared spaces. These are not deleted upon account deletion, as they may be integral to collaborative workflows.
You can export your space, including all its entries and associated data, at any time by navigating to Space Options > Space Settings > Export Space.
